Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Standard: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

  • International Express: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at Veya@veyathebrand.com.

International Orders & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country — please check with your local customs office before ordering.

  • VEYÁ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for express shipments.

  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • VEYÁ is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email Veya@veyathebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Pre-Order & Backorder Items

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item is available.

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page and in your order confirmation.
