Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery times are:

Order Tracking
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at Veya@veyathebrand.com.
International Orders & Customs

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for express shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

VEYÁ is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please email Veya@veyathebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item is available.
